Bellar Larr is a Rat in Ghost of a Tale. He is a guard stationed in Dwindling Heights Keep, who spends much of his time in the commissary gambling.

Bellar arrested Gusto and Fatale, and took the silver ring from them that they had stolen for Silas. During The Stolen Ring, Tilo can play against him in High-Low Seven, a game of chance, and win back the ring by wagering his lute.
