Curse of the Green Flame is the final main quest in Ghost of a Tale. It is obtained on the Bone Shore after completing The Way to Periclave.
The nautical brisance used to damage the chest can be found in various spots along the actual shoreline. Being in the presence of the risen Rat soldiers drains Tilo's stamina, making it impossible to sprint.
