Pakov is a Rat in Ghost of a Tale. He is a guard stationed at Dwindling Heights Keep. He meets Tilo in the commissary during Short Order, and orders a carrot pie from the cook. Silas claims that he hates Mice.
He makes another appearance when Silas is about to be hanged, alongside the Commander. Though he is angry that Tilo is revealed to be a Mouse, he hesitates when Tilo asserts that he considers many of the Rats to be his friends. Despite this, he, alongside the Commander and the other guard present, is knocked unconscious by Rolo the blacksmith.
