Short Order is a main quest in Ghost of a Tale. It is obtained from Silas in the commissary in the courtyard of Dwindling Heights Keep after completing A Change of Plan.
Silas orders a cheese wheel, Private Flakh orders a leg of lizard, Bellar Larr orders a Vaelian trout, and Pakov orders the chef's special, which is a carrot pie. Silas can be found in his cot at the end of the quest.
This quest is the point in the story where Tilo obtains the Kitchen Key from Rezzia. This unlocks the nearby pantry, where a footlocker key needed for The Five Smugglers can be found, and the evidence needed for Unmasking the Master can be found, as well.
