The Long Eye is a secondary quest in Ghost of a Tale. It can be obtained from Gusto in the courtyard of Dwindling Heights Keep after completing Three Pilgrims for Pesa.
Speaking to Silas after completing this quest will trigger Return of the Long Eye.
